The QTV-522 is the high-pressure flagship of our valve lineup, specifically engineered to manage the intense demands of 520 bar gaseous Hydrogen (GH2) and industrial gas distribution. As a compact, lightweight, 1/4-turn trunnion-style ball valve, it delivers precision flow control and mission-critical safety through its integrated Pressure Relief Device (PRD).
While optimized for high-density hydrogen applications (ISO 14687), the QTV-522 is built for consistent industrial service with Natural Gas (CNG), Nitrogen, Helium, and Air. Designed for high-cycle environments, this valve provides the structural integrity and zero-leak reliability necessary for the most demanding mobile pipelines and stationary high-pressure storage banks.
