The QTV-352 is a professional-grade, trunnion-style ball valve designed specifically for the rigorous demands of gaseous Hydrogen (GH2) and industrial gas distribution. Engineered as a compact and lightweight solution, this 1/4-turn valve provides high-flow performance with the added safety of an integrated Pressure Relief Device (PRD).

While optimized for hydrogen applications (ISO 14687), the QTV-352 is a versatile component built for consistent service with Natural Gas (CNG), Nitrogen, Helium, and Air. Whether integrated into multi-tank transport systems or stationary storage banks, the QTV-352 ensures zero-leak reliability and precision flow control in high-pressure environments.

Features a built-in PRD with a standard trigger temperature of 102°C (216°F), providing critical protection for high-pressure cylinder systems.
Engineered with a 0.2812” thru-bore to provide steady, non-restrictive flow for filling and withdrawal in multi-cylinder configurations.
Rated for a Nominal Working Pressure (NWP) of 350 bar (5,075 psi), with a Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) of 438 bar and a burst rating exceeding 875 bar.
Offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, reducing the overall mass of the manifold and transport system while maintaining heavy-duty performance standards.
Certified for reliable operation in environments ranging from -40°C to +85°C.
